Why I built this
Knowing your rules was never the hard part.
Most traders don't lose because their strategy is bad — they lose because they abandon a good one under pressure. The stop-loss gets moved "just this once." A loss turns into a revenge trade. A green day gets given back chasing one more entry. Every trader already knows their rules; the hard part is following them when it actually matters.
I built MindOverTrade to close that gap — not by teaching new setups, but by making it harder to quietly break the ones you already trust, and by turning your own trade history into proof of what's actually working for you.
How it actually helps
Risk Manager
A pre-trade checklist that holds you to your own strategy's conditions before you're allowed to call a setup formed. Underneath it, daily risk and reward limits you set yourself — hit either one and entries lock for the day, so a good day can't quietly turn into a given-back one.
Position Sizer
No more working out target, stop-loss, and position size by hand under pressure. Enter your account size, risk tolerance, entry, and stop-loss, and it calculates the exact size and every target for you.
Trade Journal
Every trade logged — entry, exit, size, and the psychology behind it, win or lose — so nothing you did gets lost to memory by the time you sit down to review it.
